Baldwin Santa Cruz Full Plate Single Cylinder Handleset with Emergency Egress.
The Santa Cruz handleset gives a front entry a bold, architectural look, and it's built to Baldwin's standard. It's made of solid brass and tested to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 security requirements. The outside has a keyed thumb-plate grip, and the inside has a clean square lever. Emergency Egress means one turn of the interior lever pulls back both the deadbolt and the latch, so the door opens quickly when it matters.

What's included: Exterior handleset assembly, interior mounting plate and trim plate (escutcheon), interior lever, latches, lever sleeve, keys, and installation hardware, including strike plates, screws, bolts, and mounting accessories, template. Note: 46977 assembly included (exclusively for the deadbolt latch).
What's missing: Hardware kit 46970 assembly (exclusively for the handleset latch) is missing.
Additional latch mounting hardware may be required for installation.
